For the match to take place, a neutral venue had to be found, with the Bucarest Arena National stepping up to host it at the same time as 8 pm GMT on Tuesday 23 February.

Borussia Monchengladbach vs Manchester City

Manchester City’s Champions League last-16 away leg with Borussia Monchengladbach has been moved to Budapest. The Puskas Arena will host the game on 24 February. Liverpool’s game with Leipzig has also been moved due to Germany’s coronavirus travel restrictions.

UEFA would like to thank Borussia VfL 1900 Monchengladbach and Manchester City for their close cooperation and support, as well as the Hungarian Football Federation for their assistance and agreeing to host the match in question.”

The second tie is due to be played at City’s Etihad Stadium on 16 March.

RB Leipzig vs Liverpool 

Leipzig will host Liverpool in the first leg of their Champions League tie in Budapest. The German authorities have banned entry to Germany except for German residents and citizens. The ban is in place until February 17.

“UEFA can confirm that the Champions League Round of 16 first leg match between RB Leipzig and Liverpool will now take place at Puskas Arena in Budapest,” it said in a statement.

Barcelona vs Paris Saint-Germain

Neymar ruled out of Paris Saint-Germain’s UCL last-16 first leg against former club Barcelona. Brazil forwards out for four weeks with a thigh injury suffered in a French Cup win over Caen. Neymar is also a doubt for the second leg on March 10 at the Parc des Princes. PSG already without Angel Di Maria for the game in Spain next week.
